Yacht motor sailer for sale Scotland
Silver Surf Direct Contact:

SOLD

We bought Silver Surf early in 2012. The previous owner had lovingly and expertly converted her from a spratt fishing boat based near Ipswich into a luxury ketch cruising yacht. Now based in the west coast of Scotland.

A chance to own a piece of history, one of a pair of fishing vessels built in 1957 designed for spratt fishing and used mainly on the east coast up to the early 80's. Then left abandoned and picked-up by a yard (Douglas Boatyard, Preston, Lancs) and converted into the attractive ketch-rigged motor-sailor as seen today.

Roomy & tough with a classic wooden construction & finish, she is a pretty boat that is ideally suited for coastal cruising and/or liveaboard use. She is a head-turner wherever she goes.

Electric fridge and hob replaced 2 years ago. Brass sinks with hot/cold fresh water. Plenty of storage.
